The firm is committed to the development of people and corporations particularly through strategic management. 

 

The founder of the firm and managing director is Dwight Perez who finished his academics for the Ph.D. in Development Studies specializing in economic development from De La Salle University in Manila. He also earned his M.B.A. degree as well as his Bachelor's degree in Business Management also from De La Salle. He had been a consultant for the Asian Development Bank, Associate Professor at De La Salle, Senior Executive Assistant to the President of the Philippine Cotton Corporation. He was a consultant for about twenty years to various corporations and had written many publications in management, economic development, and strategic management. He was also Assistant Dean of the Business School of De La Salle as well as Dean of Commerce of Colegio de San Agustin and the International Academy of Business and Economics.
